At Shang Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns on items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of wholesale jewelry, we do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery. Bulk orders of 10+ units are final sale.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Contact us via the chat icon in the bottom right corner of our website within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

REFUNDS
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange damaged or incorrect items for the same product in the correct condition or size.

SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are covered by Shang Supply for damaged or incorrect items only.
