Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING METHOD
We ship all orders via USPS with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

DELIVERY TIME
Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days within the United States from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays outside of our control.

SHIPPING COST
Shipping is free on all orders. No minimums, no exceptions.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY
We currently ship within the United States only. All inventory ships from within the US meaning no customs delays or international shipping fees.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or significantly delayed please contact us via the chat icon on our website and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Shang Supply is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
